I had a silent call (on 15/5/15)& as I was expecting a call from unknown people on this area code, I used 1471 and phoned back. I heard a recorded message "You were called today by Media Match. The cal was not important and we will try again later. Goodbye" A Google search for Media Match shows a US firm with this name, but on websites similar to this one they claim that they do not cold-call and that their name is being mis-used. I have reported the call to Ofcom as a silent call causing annoyanc

FRESH START. MY Fiancee has never heard of them nor has ever had any dealings with them Yet they Seem to know Her Full Name. They Never Give Up. They phoned about 10 mins ago, I answered the phone . told them to speak up as I was deaf from working in a noisy environment, also I had just been in an accident which was no fault of my own and the only insurance I had was payment protection. they did not answer
