This number called today...guy was very vague and asked many repetitive questions. He went onto ask for passwords...my wife got on her phone and called the number back off her phone. Was put through to Santander (genuine as it sounded like they usual call centre) Turned out to be fraudulent and they were trying to scam £300 from the account. Do not give passwords out...maybe should have told the guy the password was ‘doyouthinkimamug’ be careful !!

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I get one or two calls from this number a day, this has been going on for weeks. Twice I've phoned back and they said they are Co-Op Bank. I said I'm not comfortable talking to them as they called me. They said they really need to speak to me but I need to go through security first, and that I can call from an alternative number if I'd like to. I have now blocked them.
