From a so called lottery, was a bust call centre

This number has called me relentlessly trying to get information from me. I have bipolar and have no issues with my benefits claim. They keep stating that I need to send them my bank statements and have refused to give me her employee number or managers number or a contact for the department she works for.

I think this is a scam call pretending to be 02. They send you a code via text and then ask for the code to be able to access your account online. The security says to no give the code to 02 staff, soo if they are real why are they asking for the code to apply supposed discount!!!

When challenged they called back several times getting more condescending each time. We then phoned our actual cover provider and they confirmed it was a scam call. DANGEROUS.
