Robin called. Sounded foreign. Said he was calling from the call blocking and scam department. When I asked what company he was calling from he said "the national call blocking company limited" i said there was no such thing. Curious how this was 24 hours after "microsoft" called me and I told them I didn't believe them..... Told him the only legit call blocking was The Telephone Preference Service, and he hung up.
Definitely spam, or just a random automated dialler! Woke me up on Saturday at 3AM, called back thinking it was someone with my number in trouble and got a silent dead line! Not sure if they got a wrong number but very annoying! Got a call fairly shortly after from a mobile with the same scenario..

Asked if I was a council house tenant If I have any cracked walls... which I coincidentally do but I don't confirm...I Kept Pressing Him: How They Have Number and Name (if only in part). He remainded polite and calm but still keen to get more information, WITHOUT giving HIS organisation's details.

I ve just had a call from this number. They said that as I had been involved in a road accident my case had been referred to them. Received call from 01915277766. Number told to phone 0013476699085 by automated message to receive £500000 lottery win. Advised me that I had been contacted by phone and letter that I had not replied to. Given 18 days to respond before prise withdrawn. I have not entered any lottery and received no previous communication. Obvious scam so did not respond.
