They keep calling me, in the states. I thought it might be business or a friend, but just a gent with an Indian accent starting a pitch. I think the "block" feature on my android should be on all phones, then these fellows will have to work for a living. Nice story, the one above "Manchester".

Been called twice and they have asked for a lady by the name of Caroline Heywood. The calls were made to my new mobile number which I found quite strange.

These people are the biggest idiots i ve ever came across, they keep calling my number every day 2 or three times & asking for someone i do not even know, i ve told them countless times they have the wrong number but they continue to harrass me

Rang this morning 9.35. as usual saying they are from Talk Talk. Thats 9 times in the last 3 days.

seems to be scam, called and said card has been used aboard £600 press 1 to access options, checked bank and transactions have been made

I had a guarded conversation with the caller who, as mentioned above, was calling on behalf of the RSPCA. Apparently he wanted to confirm details for Gift Aid purposes, which raised suspicion in my mind as there are always boxes to tick when completing donation forms for any charity. He did have my name and postcode already and was very polite, but clearly working from a script. I have not ever donated by text.

Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

This company rings repeatedly, with recorded message. When you get through to an advisor, they word their pitch carefully to give the impression that they work for a government department. They refuse to give their address and the phone they give does not ring. Obviously bunch of con men.

This number called me on my mobile and I certainly didn t give them that number. They said they were from Ivana whoever the hell they are and as soon as I asked them where they got my number from they hung up. so that tells me they are totally untrustworthy. Ask them where they got the number from, or tell them they are breaking the Data Protection Law and they will soon piddle off. Will be blocking this number on my mobile as soon as I can get to grips with doing it.
