this number rings us daily, every time you answer theres silence then a loud "BEEAAARR" sound and the line goes dead. we are in dorking and 01306 is our local code, presume some spammer/scammer/marketer spoofing the number, or calling from a VOIP number, hoping we d be more likely to answer a local code call. I had two garbled messages from this number claiming to be from Hotpoint about my tumble dryer safety repair. I don t have a Hotpoint dryer. I called Hotpoint ( different number) and they said I am not on their database, so they don t know who was calling. My advice would be to call Hotpoint/Indesit direct!

Fraud Asking for my national insurance number saying that I committed fraud
had a call this morning they said i had a tax fraud case agianst me and to press 1 to speak to someone which i did lady with an indian accent asked for my name and adress i told her to shove it up her backside and get my number taken of, lady basically shat herself and hungup
A text message with a link, proportedly from a high street bank, stating that they were authorising a payment from my account, even though I don`t bank with them. Definitely dodgy, be wary of clicking the link!.
This company have called me several times at all hours of the day. It is an unsolicited call. I have never answered & have blocked the number

Just received a call from this number on my mobile. I answered and said "Hello?" whereupon the call was immediately disconnected. I don't recognise the number, but suspect some sort of scam or nefarious activity. Although the criminals mainly target my landline, some of them seem to have my mobile number.
