SCAM. Woman with strong Asian (sounded Indian) accent purporting to be calling from Microsoft informing me of urgent high risk to my computer etc---. I hung up and on checking discovered the number to belong to A&M Todd, a flooring company in Burnley.

I’m very thankful to ROOTKITS RECOVERY FIRM.. honestly this team was of a great benefits to me and my family. i failed a victim to a fake crypto investment company, its a pity the Lady i met on instagram Mrs Ruth Amelia by name lured me into investing with this company, we actually have been friends for almost a year over on instagram. along the line she mention about this company to me and how she had been earning money from there and did provide me with some sort of proofs and certificate of the company.

SCAM - clearly someone trying to get info about bank details. Rang pretending to be from my bank - starts with an automated message stating a large amount of money has been requested from account & if not authorised, press 1. Person then answers but does not know name/details etc & tries to get you to give details. Be really careful with this number - clearly fraudsters/scammers.
SPAM: I don't know anyone in OMAGH, N. Ireland. When I answered there seemed to be no one there, then a male voice said 'Hello?' - so I said 'Petunias?' and he put the phone down on me. (I never say 'Hello' or 'Yes' but say a word like 'Petunias' to confuse the caller. It seems to work!)

SCAM Kept 'Morgan' on the line for 12mins while he told me he was from 'Carphone Warehouse Company' and offered an iPhone 13 for £35. He hung up when I asked what city he was in. Number called again a minute later, so I answered with "Hello, Dartford CID"; it hung up!

SPAM this and 11 other land line numbers from this area have called my mobile over the last 2 months. Many have called multiple times, I've lost count. Fed up with them. Previous callers have been from so called Double glazing, green energy and investment companies. The last few were from FX MORGAN CAPITAL who also call from a plethora of mobile numbers- too many to list. The FCA and my bank, after an investigation with fraud squad, have said its a scam company. I received a text from this number claiming to be my bank - reporting an alleged suspicious spend. Not something I recognised so responded N as advised. Nothing further from them as they were supposed to call back. Is it a hoax? Obviously not my banks contact number.
