had a missed call from 01793 675162 rang back to find it was a company from AEV They asked if I had a missed phone call from them, I said no - so they rung off.

called me and ask if I had life insurance already I said I already got one and asked them not to call again. so now I blocked them

I don't know who this call is from, these people that call never leave a voicemail to which I find irritating, I like to know how the hell they got my number.

This is EE who will try to offer you a better deal for your broadband/TV package. Just ring them back, press option 1 and you can remove your number from their lists so they wont call back.

Definitely a scam, automated call stating my National Insurance number was at risk of being put on hold due to it being linked to illegal activity.

This phone number has phoned me 3 time so far and leaves no message. I never answer unknown numbers (as a high percentage are PPI/"you ve been involved in an accident"/Debt/"You ve a virus on your computer" type of call - that I look up afterwards on these websites). I would be interested in who these people are. But because they never leave a message, it suggests (to me at least) that it is not very important,

Why do they hang up after 3 rings. I stop what I m doing and go to the phone. Wish I could stop the harassing style phone calls
