This number rings me ALL the time. I don't answer. I have an answer machine, they can leave a message but they don't. So it's got to be some Desperate scam. Paid...

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. If they are, perhaps others will not follow their example. I do not worry for myself, but people who fall for their smooth talking. I got a call at work and a female welsh voice said `I understand you are under 60 years old and therefore you qualify for a pensions bonus payment of £1,000 which you will receive within the next 60 days. Please press 5 to speak to us". Presumably yet another scam to try and get bank details or name and address

it s a company called Simply Financial and they are one of these Debt assistance companies. I finally got them to stop calling my number.

Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc... Just quick fire rabbit rabbit rabbit, BT will call me, click, all I can say is, if this was anything to do with BT, they are now less likely to be getting my business than they were before.
