They began calling last year and I blocked them. Then they call from a different number. They started from a London number 020 something and then they began calling from my town 01308 294566. The last time was 25/02/16. I called the number back but an automated voice told me it was not an important financial matter and hung up. I m a disabled pensioner. It is either an educated young man or a young woman who tries to keep me on the phone and continues to ask me about accidents. I hung up on her.

Probably a call centre, heard chatting in the background but whoever rang didn’t have the decency to actually speak !, rang our landline so can’t block the number. I’m subscribed to TPS so guessing this call was from abroad.
I just wanted to reply to user who was asking if he can send SMS to this number outside of UK. You can't, because that is short-code number and can be used only locally within UK, even if you add +44 before.
