The last time was 25/02/16. I called the number back but an automated voice told me it was not an important financial matter and hung up. I m a disabled pensioner. It is either an educated young man or a young woman who tries to keep me on the phone and continues to ask me about accidents. I hung up on her.

He will say your computer is at risk and is pinging their server and you need to do (X) in order to secure your computer. He will take you through a process that will seemingly prove to you that your computer has issues when im sure the stuff you fish out of your computer is normal.
