Indian woman told me she was from HMRC........she could barely speak English.........spoke to her in my native language Welsh.......she told me to "get lost".......so hope she calls back, i'll order a Tandoori mixed grill with madras sauce and rice ermmmm and a garlic naan.....now there's lovely!

Recorded message purporting to be from Amazon. Apparently someone placed an order for an iPhone 12 on my account (the bold- faced cheek of some people, eh?) and somehow Amazon found this to be suspicious (probably because me and Jeff are really big buddies!) and wanted me to address it as they didn't want me to be out of pocket (to anyone other than themselves no doubt!). If I hadn't hung up, they'd have been asking for all kinds of personal detail of my account. But I hung up before they asked.

Some Asian lady calling about some suspicious activity coming from my computer and could I switch it on now she would tell me exactly what I should do so she could get rid of my viruses - urmm I said I can't get to my computer right now and she was really demanding that I should-I hung up
