The chap called providing some personal details for me to confirm and asking me to call re new payment (£20,000 business acount). Later, I phoned bank. Initial team do not have this number. The guy on phone then helpfully called security dept who confirmed it was a genuine number.

Onlet were very helpful and a friendly bunch. Their lettings team helped me let out my property within two weeks.
