I put my number in on an insurance comparison site and now recieve 5/10 calls a day!!! Tell them I ain t interested and still get called. Very frustrating.

This is Clearanswer call centre Hull, orange have an external contract with them so realisticly they are working on behalf of orange. Its not a scam the promotions are genuine. Basically they do work for orange to help them out. I believe they also have a contract with Talk Talk. They ask if you have a mobile as you could change it at anytime. It counts as a 5 pound discount code but it has to be registered in your name and adress - so if it doesn t show by law they have to ask! Yes the persistant calls are

Tried to sell insurance for washing machine. Couldn t understand why I wasn t interested! Wouldn t take no for an answer.

I received several calls on my both numbers when i was in plane .. unable to attend a call. I am trying to call back this number.. doesn t answer the call.

They were calling about marketing and were extremely rude when I said I was not interested.

Get calls from this number several times a day offering PPI recovery.

Called at 8.50 pm ... seriously?? Yes I do owe money on a private loan and was paying it off happily each month but then the balance got transferred to these clowns who think they can squeeze more money from me each month ..it s quite simple...i m paying you all i can manage each month ...you ll have to wait...maybe next time call me in the daytime but not when i;m sorting the kids for bed.... annoyed!

same scammy call My advice is to always do what I do with these scam type calls; 1. use your phone to make a recording of 1 second of silence. (keep this 1 second silence in your ringtone or media folder) 2.Save the recording and call it scamtone or something. 3. then enter the scammy number into your address book as ; scam1, scam2, scam 3 etc. Each one represents a different scammy number that you get over time. 4. finally, associate the 1 second of silence with each scammy number as a ringto

Caller claimed I had a problem with malware on my PC and he would guide me through the repair of it. He asked me to turn on my computer and when I told him no, he got aggressive, told me my PC would screw up and then hung up.
