Im confused about these. I answered a call yesterday when I was at work. She said she was from virgin and needed to discuss my account. She wouldn t say why or give any indication as to what the call was about until I went through a security check. The thing is, I have both my mobile and tv, broadband at home phone package with them and have not missed any payments since I have been with them. 01163040636 - Phoning every day claiming to be from TPS and ask for your bank details to renew your fee. You don t pay for TPS is what I told them and never have done, they hung up, SCAMMERS who are using several numbers all the same except for last 2 digits which vary but all claim to be TPS. Block them if you can, but please leave comments here about them, the more comments I believe will help trace or get rid of them.
