This is probably a cloned number! I received call from this number on my landline. It was a scam call (live not recorded) purporting to be from BT internet about my internet line. I do not subscribe to any BT products, therefore considered it to be a scam. Could hear background noise as per a call centre.
I think it's someone trying to get into my account. I have an item on gumtree for sale, but they want me to only reply using direct email.

American voice telling me that my Amazon Prime account ( that I do not have) has been hacked so press 1 to deal with it.
I suspect this is related to Global Consumer Leads Limited. On the phone, they state their company s name as "Telephone Preference Management" but they give out the business address of "2 Bridge Avenue". This company is https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08720418 and here: http://www.global-leads.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.html. I suspect this is the shady side of a business that might (MIGHT) have some non-shady activities, too.
