SCAM 'Phoned my mobile, went to voicemail, recorded message alleging National Insurance problem requiring urgent attention, press number ... Now blocked.
Obnoxious cold caller. Chasing anyone involved in a car accident. Was very rude when I indicated that I wasn't interested.

This number keeps calling about 6 times a week no idea who it is when i call them strange foreign voice muffled. Its really annoying

I missed answering this call but checked here anyway as I did not recognise the number. I see others have said it is a text to voice message for landlines. The odd thing is this was sent to my mobile so it would not have had to convert it to voice.
