This number seems to be from Dagastan in Russia. As I don't know anyone in Russia I would suggest it is a scam caller. Fortunately I got it as a missed call.

It’s on a letter that appears to be spam communication about rewards for playing the National Lottery regularly. Name and address on letter. I don’t do the lottery online. So just checking it out.

American voicemail saying it’s HMRC and you’re getting a fine - utterly lowlife people.

This number phoned and a recorded message stated that it was my bank asking to verify that 2 payments made today were genuine and if not to press 1 to speak to a member of the fraud team. No name of bank given so I suspect it to be a scam.

Ozval se mně ženský hlas s otázkou, zda jsem jim volal. Odpověděl jsem, že nikoliv a demokraticky jsem se zeptal , kdo že mě tedy od nich volá! Druhá strana hovor demokraticky ihned ukončila... :-O Tedy je demokraticky zřejmá demokratická nevychovanost nebo demokratická intelektuální zaostalost telefonní operátorky. Got a call from this number, can’t find any search about this number. Too noisy! First said it was from Sky, (knew my name and address), said my contract ended now in begin of April, I corrected saying it was only next month. Then she said they needed to do some checks to see if they could offer me a better/cheaper deal and asked me how much I pay monthly. It was when I said if you’re from sky you should know how much I pay. it was when she said she wasn’t from Sky but from UK utility something. I hung up

very rude, claimed we were on a database from the HMG, at end said LOL and put phone down.

This number rings twice and then stops. If you attempt to call this number back it cuts out immediately. It is a Strathpeffer number in Scotland. Scam call and be aware

This person purported to be from my banks fraud department. He was not.

I made three calls to Damart sort out an order made through their website Only when I got my phone bill did I discover I had been charged over 25 for the calls to customer service This is totally unacceptable

Claims they are from some housing association what to know if there is damage to your property. When I asked where did they get my number from they mumble some national something. when I said they don't have my number they said all they need to know if my house is damaged. I said they don't even know if my property privately owned. Then they hanged up.
