Calls for one ring then stops. Several times over the past few days.

Debt collector. Had been receiving calls daily. Finally answered and they asked for my address and dob! Hung up and did research on the company. Called them back as I didn t think I had any debts. Gave them my details, but they had my old address. Confirmed that. I missed the call but my phone reported it as "International" even although 01224..... is in the Aberdeen area.
When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.
