American voice saying they were calling from Amazon. Another scam call.

This company called to ask if I would be interested in a brochure for building work, I said I was not interested, and that I also have contact of a local builder, they then pressed me to know who it was and what they did, at this point they put the phone down, how rude, I would not recommend this company if this is how they operate.

Inverness number, phoned back and it just rang and rang, could be a legit number??

I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts.
