Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers, phishing for bank account details). Was told call was regarding heating and did I have a gas boiler. When asked who was calling was told call was from Dundee! They disconnected the call immediately when told it was a council property. Obviously an unwanted sales call.

Call initially started with recording from a laura mason then tranferred to a man with a foreign voice. He managed to get my name and address and car reg and crash details before i clicked something wasnt right. He wanted me to sign documents in relation to a claim i made for a recent accident. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363495xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, letting agents, PPI, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

I receive calls from this number (and other Birmingham numbers) several times a week. In the first few instances I answered and heard nothing the other end before being hung up on after about 5 seconds. Now I decline the calls as soon as I see them.

Believe a scam - I had a letter which says it is from Lloyds Bank ( we do have a Lloyds Business a/c) but when rang this number on the letter they couldn't find our account by searching via name or post code or by ref number on letter - they asked for our account number which I didn't give or if I had a business card with me - I hung up - the phone number location for this number given above is a field near Blackburn in Lancashire but the address on letter is Edinburgh
