SPAM - Blank Robocalls, that hang up when you say hello. These are generally used to authenticate that the number is active and then sold to scammers. Be vary if you get such calls and you answer - as most likely you will get more calls later on from scammers once your number has been sold.

Keep harassing me even though I have told them too many times not to call me. It is now 5.20pm and I have had 11 calls today. I have not answered one of them. I have blocked the number but they still get through.

I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar number called me recently - 01164282412 with accident chasers, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active...
