Got a call at 9.28am today. When I saw the number on my call display, I didn't bother to pick it up. I don't recognise the number.

New and used car dealership specialising in Fiat, Hyundai and Nissan.

Had a call from this number. They did not leave a message.

Refused to say who he was or what company he was from or why he was calling - just wanted to know my name. Very dodgy.

I received a call approx 7 pm, and the man on the phones accent was very hard to understand, however i did try as he stated he needed 3 seconds of my time, NO LONGER, then proceeded to ask me a whole lot of questions i felt absolutely led to nowhere, like, the brand of my tv, my current relationship status, did i work, was i insured, who my power provider was my phone provider which contract phone i was with, but always said, after me asking "can you say that again please" he then said i has a chance of 4 l

Received an International Call, from an Asian man, who claimed to be calling from the MOJ, as ?3,452 was mine to be claimed. I was to call 02081332009 with the ID number he gave me. I didn t call it but info online suggests they require you to pay for taxes in order to release the funds. This could be anything from ?90 to ?250, via a Ukash voucher. They would then take the serial number of the voucher and cash it, and you d never hear from them again.

They called this afternoon around 16:30. I did answer but there was no background noise so assumed it was a nuisance call and put the phone down.

1 call from this. no. on 27/1/15, ignored it. 2 further calls on 28/1/15, ignored them. A call this am 29/1/15 - I answered. Polite British accented woman responded, informing me she was from some hearing company - she knew my name and asked me if I had ever worked in an industry that involved loud noise. I responded saying that I have never worked in an environment that affected my hearing. She then asked what industry I have worked in. Bloke was very friendly and implied he was from BT and TPS. said there had been a large number of unsolicited calls in the area and offered a service to stop them. Hung up when I pressed him about price and told him I wouldn t pay. Scarily convincing to vulnerable people!

Vanquis bank hastling calls via local numbers to agrresivly and sneakily trying to call you when you may be close to paying .... NOTE this is a form of harrasment by this bank and not tollerated by judge if found to be of an itimidating nature

Rang me claiming that I had an accident on the road in the past 2 years, I have not. People were heard laughing and messing around in the background. Do not trust them, ask them to take your name off the list as I did. Price comparison websites for car insurance had to have passed on me and my partners number as he got the same call straight after me
