Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. These people are definitely dodgy. The phone rings and a woman tells me it’s about my washing machine and there’s nothing to worry about. I asked the name of her company. She said it was ‘Cover Group UK.’ She said that the cover on my washing machine has just run out. I said that that I thought it was insured. Then she changed her story slightly by saying that warranty has run out (The warranty ran out over a decade ago). I pointed out that that’s irrelevant because I’m insured. She hung up on me.

Fraud - pretending that you have registered for a bitcoin trading account. Hung up when I asked them to provide details of which website this was (of course I realised it was a scam but wanted to challenge them).
Claimed to be from BT and that their system was showing us having a slow internet connection, then asked if I was near a pc or laptop so that she could help me, I told her we are a company and that we have a very internet connection, the line went silent and she just hung up!!!
