just what to know who called

I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. tried selling me "extra good sim card", claiming to be from VM, didnt go through the tpical VM log in [you now enter various digits of passcode with keypad, NOT by voice], poor english, noisy line, they have phoned three times in the last two days from the same numer, I have now blocked their call.

Auto message started "Please hold........" I hung up. Getting realy annoyed at cold callers and auto callers. I am on Telephone Preference Scheme and they still call. Even after I tell them politely I am on TPS and to remove my number. Further calls from the same number I am less polite too. Sooner or later I may reach the stage where I will only have the last resort of blowing a whistle down the line to see if that stops them.

I have been called twice by this company at work. the person who called today said that they had only rung this once, not two weeks ago, but it was exactly the same company offering exactly same thing - £20 fuel vouchers and free magazine and hundreds of thousands of offers and if you would like you can join, but you don t have to. I told them today I had been called 2 weeks ago offered the same thing but I hadn t received anyting from them. She said it was becuase I hadn t paid for postage and packing -

Number called. Goodbye message. Tried calling back and just got a recorded message that says they are part of the Clear Group of companies. but when you try and speak to someone you don t get put through - just rings!

Keeps calling daily am no longer picking it up. When I did answer a moron tried getting me to claim for overpaid loan insurance. Hung up on him. Don t answer. OR answer and blow a really loud whistle down the phone.

Has called more than once. Says things like ?and how do you know your life insurance isn?t now up for review? to try and fish for information regarding when your life insurance is up for review to make them sound legitimate. Also said ?we?re not dodgy, I think it is cause of the Welsh accent people often assume I?m from a call centre?. Hung up when I told him I was at work. I think they guess who you have life insurance with so they sound legit. They call around once a month.

Had this number - 01269849892 - ring today 7/10/15, this Asian sounding guy wanted to speak to my wife, I told him no, what did he want ? and that she wasn t available, I then told him that my number was ex-directory, he insisted he wanted to talk to her, so I told him you re not listening do NOT ring this number again.... Scammers....!!!
