Asks you to press 1 and threatens that if you don't a 'warrant' for your arrest will be issued right away. I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers.
