Rings constantly pretending to be talk talk. As an X talk talk customer I have challenged them on this and the caller will just go quiet and hang up. Often I just hang up and sometimes they will ring straight back and hang up on me - as if almost to get back at me!! Will not stop calling. Need reporting

SPAM I answered cos I was expecting call from an unnknown number. The lady on the phone had old info about me as they thought I still lived at my dad's. The line cut briefly and I said I couldn't hear them and then they said "I hope you die in a f*ckin car crash" and kept repeating similar insults.

Said he was from sky refunds and that I was due a refund of £202, (I am not even with Sky) Wanted my date of birth when I told him he should already have it he said he didn't have those details. asked him what my account number was, he didn't know. When I said I think was a scammer he put the phone down. Just confirming what everybody else was saying.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were
