Comes unannounced and will go around property when you're out. Makes threats he can't cash. I hope he gets cancer and dies a slow and painful death. That's what he deserves. This number first will be an auto recording messaging saying it is from HMRC and if need to talk to a real person, press one. Then someone will ask your name and then says you are under legal charges and ask if any legal advisor will be with you. When you say to them that they are scam, they will cut off the line

I have already reported this number. It is the dialling code owned by mobile provider Hutchison 3G UK Ltd. I do not know the ID of the phone number 874428 other than what garbled message I've heard suggests it may be from India. I'm unable to make a connection but Hutchinson's have an Indian call centre; from a limited number of reviews it seems Hutchinson's don't have a very good reputation as a provider of services.

Called regarding a shares account, tried to convince us to allow access to our computer. Refused shared access and she agreed to send the web address to access the account, tried to convince us by sending another $350 we could withdraw our account balance of $700 Absolute scam.

I had the same phone call and pretty much word for word with the above comment. Checked number and saw comments. These people are dangerous.

"This is Royal Mail. Your package has been delivered twice and there was no answer. Please press 9 for more information." Followed by a message in Chinese. Pressed 9. Connected to a person speaking Chinese. No idea what this is, so disconnected. It's obviously not the Royal Mail.

Automated message - something about "important message" and "finance" or "bank"; that's when I hung up.

Unknown Telephone number, caller didn't speak a news item and did't use the answering machine. One year ago we got similar calls from England and don't know who it was...
