I called the telecoms company who own this number range. They only provide inbound calling services, and this number isn t in use with any of their customers. It means that the caller ID is being spoofed which is completely out of their control - the nuisance calls we are getting are really from a different number that is masking as 02070609965. This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back.
