Phoned from call center, (I think they were the magazine sellers), they offered me 3 magazines for a good price & said I could pay over the phone. They were very nice at 1st & careful to explain how they wanted my bank details, (not a debit/credit card) & that that is safe, (I discovered that it's true), but they were very, very, insistent, determined & wouldn't take no for an answer! Disgusted at Greenpeace, I have donated for years and every year they wanted more money. Caller knew my first name and claimed he was representing Nationwide Bank. As I was expecting an overseas call at that time I said I thought it was suspicious that he was calling me. At that point he disconnected.
