The call was about loft Insulation and was from A to B Homes. The caller wanted to know if my house qualified. When I asked where the company was based the caller terminated the call. I then rang back the number and a different voice answered. I asked for the name and address of the company and he replied 18 Walton road Southampton SO19 0JB. This is a residential address. Received text message from this number claiming to be from the mobile server Three - saying there was a problem regarding my payments and provided a link for further information. This is a spam call.
Texted my father saying: "Hi Dad, can you text me when you see this? My phone fell out of my back pocket! Can you message me on whatsapp, this is my new number x" None of my siblings texted this and we all still have the same number.
Suspicious text from this number to "mum" pretending it is "the new number on whatsapp" because "the screen is completely shattered". Do not trust this number. Do not call back or call on whatsapp. Potentially dangerous.

Probably a scam. Recorded message talked of transaction on my account (what account?) being halted as it was an unusual transaction, and to press 1 to call back.
