Just played music with lies every 20 seconds that a representative really wanted to talk, repeating every 20 seconds. They called me. So if that were true, the representative would be there to talk. A company degrades its reputation by doing this, tarring the whole staff as liars, and maybe worse.

I would urge anyone receiving calls from this number to report their experience to Action Fraud and Ofcom. This number belongs to a company called Allclaim Solutions, but they might call themselves ACS. They target the elderly and vulnerable and their main objective is to obtain bank details for anything from insurance for washing machines to rebates for Council Tax. It s a complete scam. Everyone should report the number here to Action Fraud UK, I have had calls from this person. Quite abusive to a friend of mine aswell. I reported one to www.actionfraud.police.uk or you can call them on 03001232040 fill out a crime report and stop then doing this to vulnerable people who don t know any better.
