Claimed to be surveying recent visit to Yorkshire bank. I asked what date was the visit. I had not been to the bank on that date I assume this to be a scam.

Company calling themselves Diamond Regal. Don t know what they are flogging, other than it isn t PPI and they claim it is something to do with a change in law. I didn t let them get farther than that before informing that I strongly object to people I don t know calling me on my mobile and being exceptionally familiar with me in using my first name.

Told the caller on numerous occasions That I am not a householder Im a council tenant..& please stop calling me.. Now they persist on calling..but when I answer they hang up...Or just dont speak...GRRRRRRRRRRR. Just wondered if they get some kind of commission ???? Have moved into faxing. They use an anonymous number to fax you, then ask you to send response via their reply form to 02080683154. We are registered with TPS/FPS. They are not complying with screening regs.
