Scam call - woman rabbiting on about energy saving, need to send an energy consultant to my house to do a survey. 'Helen' good at talking but rubbish at listening! Asked her twice what is the name of her company but she kept talking fast. Asked her if she knows what TPS means (Telephone Preference Service supposed to stop unwanted calls), kept rabbiting on so asked again at which point she terminated the call.

SCAM!! Leasing Airbnb properties (advertised on FB marketplace) that do not exist!! Cleverly they've linked their web page up to Airbnb's page so when you look for support, it will take you to the legit page, but the booking page is a complete scam! It'll reject your payment when you confirm your booking and offer you the option to do a wire transfer. The scammer will give you "Airbnb's bank details" (confirmed by an agent, Airbnb do NOT have a bank account) to place your deposit into.

Someone called our offices and abused our admin assistant, when rang back to ask why they did this the number was unobtainable. whoever called upset a young lady enough for her to start crying and need to be sent home with another member of staff.

Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. SCAM Told me they were from Virgin media and that they had notifications on their system of bad Internet connectivity asked how many devices I had and then wanted me to go on a PC or laptop to authorise them onto said computer so they could show me what was wrong ????? Not once was I asked for my account details or if I was the account holder
