Yet another company claiming to have been given my details from the National Accident Database, which DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!! Tell them to get lost and block their number.
This is a some sort of prank number. They do not speak then drop the call. Please arrest them and bring them to the nearest police station for questioning.

I just received a missed call from this number and a automated voicemail. They stated they were HMRC and that I had an open action against my National Insurance number that needed immediate action, or will result in my NI number being suspended. I called the number back and an Indian sounding man answered with “Hello, HMRC” when I said I had received a missed call, the line went dead. Virgin Mobile retetions department, also (and the reason you will likely get a call) the upgrade department. Always worth taking a call from these guys and get the best offer from them you can. Then go into a local Virgin Media store and see if they can beat it. Virgin stores are typically better as they actually want to help customers more (bonuses are based differently thant the telemarketers). Also you can set it up there and then rather than trusting that you werent mislead on the phone
