Claim vulture. Asked me to confirm that I had been involved in a vehicle accident which was not my fault. I asked her to confirm why she was calling me illegally, and she hung up.
Appears to be an American number. No idea who it is. Checked with family in USA and not known to them either

SCAM claiming to be from royal mail saying unpaid delivery fee
Started yesterday with 2 call and the same today(so far) I never get chance to pick up call before they hang up. Have now put this number in phone to try to block them, so will wait and see if they manage to get through that. Good game, hope you all enjoy playing this at home!

Received a call from “Amazon Security Department” from a man called Mike Elbert, saying a purchase of a mobile phone has been made using credit card ending in xxxx and wanting to know if that was a genuine purchase. I said no purchase has been made, they said they are checking it’s fraudulent and will now cancel the transactions. When I pushed for detail I was passed to another person who asked if an email had been received I said I don’t know.they asked me to check the email account and I said no email h
