Guy called Ricky called asked about my life cover when I said oh not this again he became verbally abusive and put the phone down. Waiting for them to call me back as they have already called me 4times today and then I will ask for a manager. They need to learn customer service and that trying to bully over the phone is not acceptable. He hung the phone when I gave him a mouthful back.
