Indian or Asian call centre. I refused to speak so they tried ringing me eleven times yesterday and twice so far today. Very persistent. And very annoying.

Called me and knew my name, telling me I was flagging up on "their system" as having been overcharged on a loan. When I told them I d never even taken out a loan the girl pretended to be baffled, said she d check it out and "get back to me". Total and utter BS.
