Call center. Energy supplier broker, but I’m being cold called and expected to give bank details over the phone, so after a long call, I declined. Still don’t know if they are legit or not, the caller’s wasn’t totally clear

Claimed to be "Claims Incluisive" very intrusive and deploy bullying tactics to ascertain whether you are the named person and once you confirm your name they hang up.
SCAM
On the face of it seems trustworthy - they were calling about a refund request I made to Thameslink . They had the correct dates and details . We will see of the money hits my account ! I called the number back and the recorded message said they were an outsourcing company working on behalf of many clients . So that explains the various companies named by other contributors. They are apparently called Teleperformance.
