I was called from 0121 554 8370 who claimed to be from virgin media stating that my internet had been highjacked from outside the property. When asking the caller questions she was not able to provide adequate information so I ended the call as I became suspicious as the questions they would have knowledge of by looking at our account details. If this was a genuine call from virgin media, I suggest they have the details of the account in front of them before they make the call.
Am receiving calls on a daily basis with no message left which is annoying. Genuine callers leave a message.

Somebody apparently phoning about my life insurance policy which I don't even have.....also sounds like they are in a pub or at a party which doesn't right anyhow!
Why the heck are they calling 6 times a day - but only so short that I never managed to pick up the phone. I the end I managed - got offered some of their products. I remember that I didn`t like it much and refused to order anything.
