16 calls in less than 6 days. Recorded message say they are ADT. When you return their call they are a debt collection service and want you to enter your mobile phone number.
They just hung up when I answered.

SCAM At 09:34 I had a call from 020 8399 5899 (an unknown local number to us). An Indian sounding man called Peter, allegedly from BT Openreach was calling about the fluctuating broadband speed they had noticed we were experiencing (quite plausible). I told him we'd already had a call from one of his colleagues about this earlier this morning. He said, "This is BT Openreach, sir".
