After agreeing to account upgrades after a call from this number professing to be from Vodafone. I contacted vodafone via 191 despite the fact that i had not divulged any account information to the caller. The caller sold me 4G for two accounts - i then checked me account online and the pricing promised didn t seem to have been applied. I rang Vodafone on 191 and they confirmed the caller of this maorning was made representing them (3rd party) but the changes talked about HAD been made but the caller had se

Received a recorded message alledgedly from the National Crime Squad Agency advising that my National Insurance Number had been involved in fraudulent activities - press 1 to speak to an officer....... As it has come from a mobile number I doubt very much this is legit so will follow this up with the Gov website & correct channels.

i missed a payment a few days ago now ive had several calls which they choose to let it ring 3 times then hang up only to do same thing over n over! they have already added a charge for non payment yet there harassing me non stop get a grip littlewoods been with ya for 14yrs never missed a payment n this is how you treat your customers shoddy customer service think i might invest in a fog horn :)

Received an email from this company who are sending somebody to repair my AEG oven buttons. I hope he brings the oven with him as I don’t have a fancy AEG oven but would very much like one . Neither have I requested a repair to anything . Interesting ????
