SCAM- They claim to be sky and say they need to come out that day to check the package you are on. Sky are based in scotland, the person on the phone doesn't know who the bill payer is, sky wouldn't do a home visit to check your package they have the information electronically

Recorded message of poor quality stating one should not ignore. From the quality of the message one should know this is a scam call.
This is a high pressure sales caller purporting to be from a company called ESI, although I could find no details of them online. Their aim is to get people on good defined benefits pension schemes to sell out. They talk a good game, but this smells awfully like a scam outfit which is attempting to get people to transfer monies from safe defined benefits schemes to them, which is incredibly worrying. Your best bet if you receive a call from this number is to block it.

16 Nov 2021 - Female with strong Asian accent. Wanting to speak to the business owner and said she was calling re the Card Machine. When asked what company she was from, she stated that they were connected to all card companies. Didn't believe a word, so dropped the call.Reply
This number called on 04.08.21at 13.55. I did not answer. because it indicated that it was "Potential Fraud". I will report and block every of these calls.

I have sorted my problem with Aknica by reporting them to the TV LICENCE people on 0300 790 6137, they put me directly through to them and they could not find me on their system? It seems they had got the wrong name my surname wrong christian name so took me off their system! 5 minutes later I got a call from the same number a local number and they where asking about a road traffic accident? Had this number call but when I said Hello, there was no answer, i repeated Hello 3 times, then they hung up I am so sick of these calls that all i do is say a quiet hello if i do not recognise the number, but I am also being plagued by home sure ref my deceased mums house - she never even had home sure!
