Claimed to be calling from BT about my internet - even though BT is not my internet provider, she claimed BT provided the infrastructure (but did not mention openreach). Claimed my computer was creating security alerts every time I logged on but she cut the call as soon as I asked what my IP address was. Clearly fraudulent
SCAM Someone called 'Chris' said he was from my local energy adviser, when I asked which company he just hung up.

Called and asked for my wife when asked why said it was a follow up call from an on-line survey she had completed last year. This is not true she never completes surveys of any kind, Costa have called twice a day min for over a week
