No one on the line when I pick up - other people say this is PPI or the like. I have had 2 or 3 calls from similar numbers so block it.
It appears to be 02 so you should just call them back. I was concerned as well but then i cross checked it with this link i found on twitter... https://twitter.com/O2/status/251257248335138817 and then i phoned the o2 customer service 4445
They said they were from BT. They said the was a problem with my internet speed. They wanted me to sign on to my pc. At that point I cut the call.

This is the Peoples Advice Centre, which is calling on mis-sold PPI, despite being registered with TPS. You should log a complaint to TPS at http://complaints.tpsonline.org.uk/Consumer/ with the date and time you received the call
The last few days have called several times from this number. Or hang up or do not have time to answer.
