Supposed to be HMRC. Said a tax fraud was in my name and if I didn't press 1 immediately and talk to an inspector a warrant would be issued for my arrest. Second time this has happened although the number was different. Scam call.
Two missed calls, no message. Rang back, got "your call cannot be connected".
Automated call
Same as others who have reported this number: automated message, female voice, unspecified bank or card provider, two transactions referred to - one, “Amazon” and one, “international monetary transfer site”, press 1 to speak about to someone, etc ….. definitely dodgy and dangerous.

Aug 2016 definitely police scotland. But beware, called 101 to check and they said that it was an old and unused number, yet thats what came up when they called.
this should really stop. i get a lot of calls these days from telemarketers. apparently tps is selling our number??!!
