Received a missed call from this number today. It was not possible to return call. A message says "this service is not compatible with this call". No idea who they are.

This was an automated call said from tax office & an order was against my name & press 1
I answered, silence, then 4 second later they hanged up. I heard telemarketing bots do this. Didn't call back in case it was a scam.
Remarkably, this number is reachable (I skyped em back). They are "conducting a lifestyle survey". 1st question when did you last update your will? Parasite organisation.
