Guy claimed to be from 02 offering a covid-related 40% discount on my mobile contract. Said he would send me two texts. Then he hung up.
Didn t catch the company name as she spoke very quickly to intrduce herself. Apparently they ve been informed that I was in a car accident that wasn t my fault. You say no and they hang up with no apology for wasting your time etc...... I have just asked to be removed from their database as I have had multiple calls and again was hung up on without any acknowledgement of my request.
Every day for last week, when I answered phone, caller immediately hung up. Phoned number back, told it was temporarily out of order!!
