Call about alleged fault on Internet. No true. Call back by pressing 1.
Lady with strong Indian accent claimed to be from Open Reach. Alleged a problem with my broadband speed but didn t know what I was getting. Would put me in contact with an engineer and it wouldn t cost me anything. Told her to go forth etc.
