Its a scam. Microsoft wil never call you.
SCAM / SPAM Keep getting calls from this number on my landline - no-one ever speaks and it hangs up after about 5 seconds. After redialling I got through to what sounded like an older man called Derek, who said that he'd had many calls from people like me and that the redialling system must be going wrong.
